Hey there! Feeling stuck? Wondering what’s next? The Get Back in the Game program is here to help YOU take charge of your future! Whether you’re still in school or figuring out what’s next, we’ve got your back with two awesome ways to get involved:

Get in the Game

Not in school or work? We’ll help you reset and take that next big step.

Who can join?

✔️ You’re 15–21 years old.
✔️ You live in the program’s service area.
✔️ You’re not currently:

• In school (or haven’t been for the last 3 months).
• Studying post-school education or training.
• Working more than 8 hours a week.
• Part of another government program for youth transitions.

What You’ll Get

When you join, you’ll have a dedicated case manager helping you every step of the way. We’ll guide you through education, training, and job opportunities AND connect you with essential services like housing and healthcare to make sure you’re set for success.

This is YOUR chance to take control, set goals, and make moves toward a brighter future.
