Our Objectives

The company’s object is to pursue the following charitable purpose(s):

  1. Advancing vocational educational opportunities for marginalised and disengaged young people.
  2. Advancing and facilitating economic, social and civic inclusion for disadvantaged Australians, in particular “at risk” young people, First Nations people and people with disability.


Work Placement

The Skill Engineer Ltd coordinates services for mandatory Higher School Certificate (HSC) Vocational Education and Training (VET) work placements across the Central Coast and Northern Sydney. 

Work placement is a mandatory component of vocational education and training (VET) courses, that students can choose as part of their studies for the NSW Higher School Certificate.

      The Skill Engineer Ltd. will partner with workforce development organisations including registered training organisations, welfare advocacy and support agencies to build employability skills and support networks to ensure economic, social and civic outcomes for those less likely to benefit from major employment opportunities generated through infrastructure projects.

          Since starting with The Skill Engineer Ltd. working at EVERO Pty Ltd, I have loved working on various engineering projects from start to completion. I have gained leadership skills, project management skills and learnt how to prioritise my workload. This job has given me skills for life!

                        The Skill Engineer
                        Congratulations to the graduates from Lisarow High School - DoE NSW who have successfully completed The Skill Engineer Ltd.'s Unlocked program today! Our young individuals have been engaged in one day a week of hands-on training across various vocational fields, enhancing their industry knowledge. They've gained expertise in areas such as barista skills, industry immersion with Airpak Sheet Metal and Bunnings Tuggerah, health and well-being, horticulture, metals, and engineering skills, among many others.
