Engineering Eves aims to assist women, particularly those in vulnerable situations, by supporting them on a non-traditional trade pathway. The program seeks to empower and enthuse these women, fostering their creativity and providing them with opportunities in the field of engineering.

Engineering Eves provides a supportive and Eve-friendly environment, operating during school terms with flexible entry and exit points. In addition to formal training, participants receive case management support to address barriers related to entering the workforce and managing family, culture, and community responsibilities.

The program takes place in an engineering workshop, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience. They also benefit from work placements in engineering workshops and engaging field trips to observe various engineering trades. To boost confidence and enhance employability skills, participants engage in work readiness workshops.

Upon completion of the program, skilled Eves have the opportunity to pursue their own creative businesses, such as sculpting or furniture making. Engineering Eves is dedicated to empowering women and fostering their creativity in the field of engineering and beyond.
